    Hate is a pretty strong and dramatic emotion.
    This post is an object lesson in setting up a strawman, and then trying to tell somehow how they should think or feel.

    They're not indifferent to it because they dislike it - they responded to a post using the word 'hate', so ask the person who used that word why they didn't say "dislike" instead - though who even cares? This line of enquiry reads more like an interrogation and pedantry over the use of a word.
