I really think every hrothgar and viera player should take advantage of "Leave a Suggestion" and point out how the Ameliance quest explicitly says the Appointed gear was customfitted to your WoL, and in that case the hat should work on hrothgar and viera.
This is really embarrassing what theres literally not one soul on Eitherys that can haberdash a hat for us? Really?
Damn it, SE. Why are you making these good looking hats and then being like "LMFAO can't work". Im honestly sick of this. Especially looking at all my mogstation costumes I bought over the years and can't even use the freaking hat =-=. Mogstation items should *ALWAYS* work. This is nonsense
Not to be dramatic but I super hate how apathetic I am at this point
Like this isn't the only reason I barely play anymore but like the disappointment literally every time I get a hat is palpable
And like, I'm not a stranger to limited races, I've played a lot of MMOs and I remember how hilariously stupid (imo) Worgen looked in basically any hat or hood in WoW, but I guess I got so used to the variety of glam options that are easily accessible just. Being so good in this game? And now the prettiest (again imo) race in the game is just incapable of cutting holes in a baseball cap I guess idk
Like the ship sailed three years ago but I sure do wish someone on the dev team had stopped and said hey, maybe the game that has such a huge amount of unlockable glamour and customization should maybe consider its players might value having a huge amount of unlockable glamour and customization I dunno

They asked for more months to release patches. I wonder why.
I've been bored in this game for weeks now. It's more fun playing cookie clicker than staying connected. And even then, they couldn't adapt a single new hat to vieras and hrothgars.
Of course the community of "criminals" called "modders" has already made it happen. But shhhh, it's against TOS
I still love how we can have armor that changes for Mi'qote tails and ears, Au'ra have horns that can still poke out from hats and gear with no problem (And some of the best race specific hair styles imo), but having a hole for bunny ears or scaling the hat slightly for a hroth head is still impossible. Older gear before their release sure I can understand why they wouldn't want to go back and edit all that older gear for hroths and viera, but how is it even brand new stuff is still just not possible? It's being made from the ground up brand new so what just made it impossible once it got to viera and hroth? If I gotta deal with these limited and ugly hroth hair options at least let me cover it up with a hat! D;>
Here's the thing.. they don't really design outfits with ears or tails in mind even for miqo'te much anymore. Miqo'te ears are just simply cut off or inside hats nowadays. Sometimes they even cut off tails! He always stated viera/hrothgar weren't getting headgear, that was outlined from the start. People maybe can have an argument over hairs - even racial specific hairs - but headgear, or hats specifically, was never on the table to begin with, and as I have stated in other threads, unless they overhaul the creator, it's doubtful they ever will be made available. These are races that do not get headgear. If players don't like that they can always make another couple dozen hrothgar or viera threads - that I doubt anybody over at SE even reads - or fantasia off of it.I still love how we can have armor that changes for Mi'qote tails and ears, Au'ra have horns that can still poke out from hats and gear with no problem (And some of the best race specific hair styles imo), but having a hole for bunny ears or scaling the hat slightly for a hroth head is still impossible. Male viera players wanted their race so bad, it also came with the same limitations their female counterparts had. They should have realized what they were getting into from the start. Along with making even more work for SE just to fit gear. Perhaps they should extend the patch schedule to 5-months so viera/hrothgar can get some headgear?

What frustrates me the most in this situation is that they promised 3 years ago, hair and features exclusive to these races, since they couldn't use the old hair and hats.
We ended up with neither one nor the other.
Our ears don't even move, like the miqo'te's
Viera ears do move, they jiggle a little bit when they move around. To streamline the process, maybe they should have just made one ear type available. The problem really is the hat hair, but if they wanted to go for quality, then having a universal ear type would probably have made the clipping more manageable and not as blatant. Granted, I think the root of the problem is in actuality: they just don't want to add more work to each patch.
No doubt they should have gotten racial specific hairs, but c'est la vie. Unfortunate. It wasn't like we weren't vocal about what we wanted or want either.

what I mean is that they are static across all emotes. Since we won't have hats, what would it cost to add a little "life" to them, just like in the miqo'tes?
their biggest mistake was adding the floppy ears. Clearly it would be a lot easier to get the ears through the helmets if it weren't for those damn floppy ears, which I barely see used on my server.
