    I would try the thing with logging in on a friend's PC.
    If that works then it is a you problem.
    If you can't login with a other PC then it is a SE problem.
    Already tried reinstalling the game.
    Windows 10.
    Updated graphics card drivers.
    I can't go to friend's houses because I live with an immuno-compromised family member. (tried installing game on a separate computer. Ended up getting flagged by Square Enix and forced to reset my password. >:P

    That's normal and also good.
    Account security is important.

    But did it work on the other PC?
    After changing the PW it should let you login on the new device without a problem.
