    Did you try to reinstall the game?
    You use Win7?
    Are all your driver's up to date?
    Did you go to a friend's house to try logging in from their PC to move the character's out of the in?

    I would try logging in on a friend's PC.
    If that works then it is a you problem.
    If you have the same problem with a other PC then it is a SE problem.
