    It didn't matter where I logged out; same issue. Inn room is a habit for me.
    * The Hourglass
    * Cloud Nine
    * Mizzenmast

    Logging in on a different computer didn't fix the problem.

    Guess I'll fiddle with VPNs next. I'm not getting my hopes up at this point though.......

    Update:

    Tested logging in on wi-fi at a Starbucks- which worked. Brought back home: error 90002. Support suggested contacting my ISP about Port Ranges.

    Waiting for reply from my ISP. They better fix this quickly.

    I can play if I use my phone as a wi-fi hotspot.

    Still waiting to hear back from my ISP.

    This makes it almost certain that a VPN would fix the issue. (Yeah, it sucks that we have to turn to yet another service just to play...)

    One way or another, good luck. My ISP just tells us to pound sand and that it must be something on our end, no matter the evidence.

    Mobile Data can be good enough to let you play savages and ultimates. It does not even use much.
    I had to use it for a while and Discord/VC used more data then the Game.

    But when you use mobile data you should stay away from many other players.
    You probably don't want to do Bozja/Eureka and not idle in Limsa.
    Because that uses a ton of data and and it goes into the GB/hour of usage.

    Are you connecting via wifi with your home modem or are you hard wired to it? If not have you tried hardwiring via an ethernet cable?

    If using another internet helped then definitely using a VPN will fix your problems. I personally use one called noping but if you don't want waste much money some ppl uses one called mudfish that you only pay for what you use. There is also wtfast, pingzapper and exitlag if you want to check other services.
    Most of them have a free trial period, so you could try to install one and see if it works for you before paying for it.
