That's why I think you feel entitled to a house: because you act like you do.

I've bid on houses four times and lost every time.
I'm fine with that, and will no doubt bid again when the right opportunity presents itself.

I'd love to see what happened if some of the people complaining about a lottery for a cosmetic item in a game wound up looking for a real house in a hot market. The real world of real estate if far crueler than this game could ever be, especially in the last two years. We helped some friends with young kids get themselves a house back in fall of 2020, and thank goodness we did! Even with the substantial assistance we gave them, they could never afford the house they have now in today's market.

So excuse me if I have no sympathy for people who melt down over their inability to get a giant glamour item in a freaking game.
I'm not asking you to have sympathy. I'm using the forums to express my discontent with a system I have access to try. I don't even know why you bring up the IRL housing market as if that matters to my point. They are two entirely different things LMAO. "Melt down"? Sorry you came into my forum post and felt the need to comment. You literally are not obligated to argue with me about how I feel about housing and what I do with it.

Also, if you'd read up further in the thread, I'd already mentioned to someone who gave me polite feedback without belittling me and equating my using the forum as intended to having a meltdown, you could have seen where I said if my numbers truly matter to show how many people want housing, I'd reconsider. I'm an adult who can weigh my own choices, just as you should when commenting on other threads and projecting your negativity onto other you disagree with.
