I gave you the link to the User Agreement on the main Lodestone official website. You can check that yourself, and stop being so dramatic about that. That is your solution - exactly what I gave you in that link.
If you want the recurring payment to stop, then log into your account and stop it. That's your choice, not for SE to do. Solution given.
