Unless you need the gil, I do not recommend stopping use of the lottery system. For every lottery entry, SE has another data point that their current housing supply is inadequate. If there are members of the dev team advocating for more resources for housing, every extra entry is another point to tell the decision makers that there is interest and player demand for housing.

I too am a 0 and 3 lottery player and not loving it. That said, as long as there are mediums I can bid on, I will.
