I don't see people gushing on youtube, reddit, the Balance Discord, the FF14 Discord, the Hunt Train Discord about these changes either. So you're saying that there are no SAM players, who still enjoy the job post-kaiten removal? The posts here on the forums from SAM players, are a very minute fraction of the total base amount of SAM players across the playerbase of FFXIV, so taking the voices of the few, to speak for the many, is absurd.
And on youtube, FFXIV streamers were actually just as confused as the rest of the playerbase about the Samurai changes and didn't understand why the changes were being made in the first place or even who asked for them.
Don't worry about HolyReign. He's just been dedicatedly trolling this topic as soon as the opportunity was available to him.
Don't expect a single good faith argument from the guy. Its more then obvious even from his most recent post here with his incredibly flawed logic trying to imply that only SAM players speaking out are the only ones not happy with the change.
If he took a minute away from his thoughtless trolling, he may see that his stance that the issues are only from a vocal minority is comically moronic at best. You know... considering the numbers of people actually speaking out (a very large number of JP, CH, and KR players speaking out as well) not to mention the reflective shrinking and pitiful numbers of SAM players in end game content... Those two points alone should be enough to make him feel utterly silly about what he was posting...
He is simply ignoring simple factors like recorded player trends in a desperate attempt to not disqualify his own perspective with basic information.
Just put the troll on ignore and the topic can move on without really interacting with people who only have juvenile, antagonistic tendencies.
I can only see his low wattage hot takes in other people's quotes now.
