Who owns the FC house

In your situation, you own two houses, which is granted by the rules, one FC and one Personal. My wife has both a FC from years and years ago that she got when the FC owner just stopped playing the game and she also owns a personal home, but she don't own two FC houses.

From that way I am reading it, the OP owns a house FC #1 and wants to buy another house FC #2. They don't want to own a FC and a Personal, they want to skit the system and try to get a FC house for their second home since there are so many to pick from and less competition.

Owning two FC homes is against the rules, so they should stop trying to skit the rules.

All this is presuming I am reading and understand their post and the picture they posted from support.

Nope here is part of the list for the FC my alt is in as you can see member, the FC owner's character begins with S. Do you see any of my alts who's names start with S? No I do not own a house the FC my alt is in does, this is honestly not hard to follow.

(Edit: Support is saying as I am in an FC with a house I therefore own an FC house)
