Who owns the FC house

The graphic you posted from support states YOU already own a FC. If you're not the master, how does support see you as the owner? Maybe support was wrong when they looked at your account idk. From what they told you and you posted here they believe you already own one FC and thus can't own a second one. I would follow up with support for clarification.

So my alt is member of someone else's FC, we bid to get a plot for that FC. I also have my own FC on my main (Aoi) and wanted to get my FC a house so my main bid on a different plot. The other FC (that my alt is in) won their plot and claimed the house. My Main (Aoi) had to wait for the 'Bid 0' stuff but was the only bidder on the plot I chose for my FC and so won. But the GMs are saying because my alt is in an FC that has a house I am therefore not allowed to have a house as they see the house the FC my alt is in as my alt's property even though they are just a member of the FC.

Was your alt the leader in that other FC? I think there is a rule that you have to wait 30 days in the event leadership is transferred? Those abusing FC ownership have been doing that with alts and is part of the problem.

Ah ok, so in the FC with your ALT you all put in bids for the house to strength the odds and your bid won and you claimed that house right? Then wouldn't it be easy enough to give control of that FC to another member, then your account wouldn't own a house, you could claim your main's house. Wouldn't that solve the problem? SE just doesn't allow the account to own two houses, but you can be a part of two FC with your main in one and your alt in another. Just give up control of the alt's FC to another member and then have your main collect their home.

Forgot about the 30 day rule, then you would have to give up control of the FC your alt is in, wait 30 days and then lottery for another home for your main I would think.
