I don't necessarily hate, but Zenos didn't really cut it for me, not even during Endwalker.

Graha for sure, was so rad in shb but now he’s insufferable and only exists for uwu fan service
I can't stand Briardien from the Hildibrand and Scholasticate quests. To me, he is too serious in his attitude and also too ideal in being able to gather evidence and solves cases at the right times. He is somewhat of a Gary Stu/Mary Sue to the point where I equal him with how bland Lightning from Final Fantasy XIII is.
IMO, Hildibrand is the comical genius that gives me some joy and comfort from the mostly dark FFXIV main story quests. Hildi is flawed, but enjoyable for me. Briardien's presence and actions give me Final Fantasy XIII character vibes for all the wrong reasons being less flawed, but less enjoyable in return.

"Break a warrior's body, and he will thirst for vengeance. Break his spirit, and he will clamor for peace. Judge my methods distasteful if you will - but know that I seek to end this conflict, not prolong it." - Yadovv Gah, Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn
Lyse. Krile. Moenbryda. Hermes. Hythlodaeus. Gaia. Alisaie.
None of these are written well at all. Some are just there to cause controversy among players. Hythlodaeus just seems to be the push for a ancient love triangle. Some could be written out and it’d be same/better. Alisaie seems to simp for the WoL.
Y'shtola. I groan whenever I see her on screen.
Otherwise, I don't really dislike anyone. At worst I feel apathetic, or sometimes just confused at how they're written.
In game lore-wise? Urianger, my WoL puts a massive premium on honesty and trust and if I had my way we would have ejected his lying ass out of the Scions, especially seeing as his motives were garbage and usually boiled down to "the Scions aren't smart enough to understand why I need to go behind their backs". Screw you!
As a villian? Asahi probably, that little bastard.
Because badly written? Hmmmm, had to think about this one, I usually hate characters who have forced or unrealistic stupidity, the no-one-is-that-dumb trope (not necessarily someone who might make bad decisions due to anger or fear, but actual just dumb strained writing to make them stupid for no point). Maybe Lyse? Yda was dopey because she was just played as not being super smart or experienced but Lyse in the start of SB just acted dumb as rocks. They reined it back in later so she became OK but it was grating for the first half of SB. I also disliked Ran'jit a bit for this reason in ShB.
Interesting point regarding Alisaie there actually, since (as you say) she does seem to simp for the WoL but, interestingly, most who take issue with G'raha's admiration of the WoL don't seem to note that a point of dislike toward Alisaie.Lyse. Krile. Moenbryda. Hermes. Hythlodaeus. Gaia. Alisaie.

One is an actual child, the other is a an adult with more lifetime than any of the other scions and most characters, who ACTS like a child, big difference.
