i mean to be fair. if you get kicked because of a parser online they most likely kick you after a few tries anyway. they can see how you play and there is an enmity list which pretty much is a dmg list.

i've never seen or heard from anyone i directly know about somene getting kicked because of a bad parser. yeah sure i hear about it a lot but that doesnt mean anything in this community. people love to push stuff like that in as many peoples faces as possible.

    its a tool nothing more.

The few times I have seen someone get kicked from a PF was after they repeadedly wiped the party on early mechanics when it was an "enrage to kill" party. It had nothing to do with dps, even though that was abysmal as well.
It's valid in a parse party to get kicked for a bad parse because they heavily rely on everyone performing very well to the point of skipping mechanics and on person performing poorly can easily ruin it but I don't really see poorly performing players join parse parties anyway.
It would not be okay in a party that simply aims to clear if the person's performance isn't the only thing that keeps them from clearing.
But I really struggle to remember a single case of when someone was kicked from a PF because of a bad parse. At least on Light DC people are more likely to silently grit their teeth even if they know this person is going to make it harder.

Enmity list doesn't work well for gauging dps though and it's easy to fall into the trap of blaming the wrong person unless it's something extremely obvious like the SAM being below the healers.

oh yeah sure. my point is that people who get kicked would be so bad that you gonna see it even without parser in one way or another.
