Sorry but I cannot see this and I likely never will after having 8 promos to gold denied because on the very promo match someone decided it would be funny to split despite the team not wanting to...and their team waiting to welcome them with all 5 before charging at our weakened side (5v4 is pretty much guaranteed loss at the first clash) or just flat out leeroying into the enemy, not to mention times when the game matches our team against a absurdly CC heavy team.

There is far too much luck involved and I'm speaking as someone who has had top DPS and kills in many matches I've lost as it is flat out impossible to carry.

I hit diamond at ~65 wins on pre-buff PLD and just hit crystal at 88 wins, again with only PLD. As in the job that’s so bad for the initial climb that even post-buff the BLM main calls it apparently useless, and being a BLM player he’s not even used to playing with meta job power levels. It is easier on some jobs, but people really underestimate how much of a difference it makes to just focus on getting good and figuring how to make your own play better, instead of blaming everyone else and sitting there raging at your teammates for hours
As I said above, I've had matches where I've been top of the pile that turned out lost as my team were just dying left and right, usually they are promo matches. As far as I'm concerned I'm playing well beyond Silver division, but it's RNG if I'll never be able to climb to where I can start to enjoy matches as I'm in a pit.

Luck isn't everything, but when you are fully capable of playing properly it is still an overwhelming factor you cannot escape from.
