    It may be pure luck for some, heck I wondered how some people made it to platinum many times. But if you have good awareness and skills, it's not too hard as long as you don't play DNC, RPR, BRD, GNB. Even day 1 BLMs were able to make Crystal pre-buff. I was top DPS 60+% of the time including when we would lose despite other jobs being better at raking damage. You're fooling yourself if you think it's only luck is what I'm saying.
