Agree. They should not just now be building servers to replicate an actual housing environment for testing. This should have been done a year ago, while they were building and testing the lottery system. It wasn't. It shouldn't take an additional 8+ business days to build this out now, the issue was raised nearly 2 weeks ago. They should have been working to build that right away. The test environment should have been ready PRIOR to the fix being completed. A fix is not completed if it isn't tested. They can say they are "confident it will work" because they've tested it, but that haven't. It's extremely frustrating all the way around.
