so you want a level 1 to be able to make a level 50 item?(or attempt)

that is also not a good idea, the current restrictions are there cuz they prevent you from uber failing creation of the item

right now you can make recipes 9 levels higher then you, anything more and you pretty much auto fail

If the required level restrictions are removed your aforementioned problems would be irrelivent.
