FFXIV has always evolved around being accessible, along side with MSQ as focus and promoting a "great community", so IMO certain part of the players complaining are the ones out of touch. However, we have reached a point that it's getting less fun.

Honest question I'd like to hear an honest to for you and everyone else that uses accessibility as an argument for what happened to healers:
do you know the difference between skill floor and skill ceiling?

As has been pointed out numerous times: your AST is level 51 and you have GNB listed as your main. You are not exactly in a position to comment on the deep-rooted issues the entire role has because you simply lack experience and that is fine.
Whether you ever get it or not is up to you but there is a good reason for people usually not barging into discussion about a class when they have barely played them.
And healer gets worse the more you play it, not the other way around. You misread that. Right now you're enjoying it precisely because you're still very inexperienced and low level at that.
