Why are we allowing sprouts to bid on houses at all

You know those people that own 10+ house? Simple link houses to accounts then make them choose 2 houses to keep and confiscate the rest and reimburse some gill.

People with 10+ houses were grandfathered in. It was not against the rules to buy multiple houses when they bought them.
Retroactively policing changed rules is a very slippery slope.
