There should be a difference between a long standing player and a newcomer. Not in privilege but in priority, all else defies reason and logic. Why invest when your investment isn't reciprocated but instead wasted?

First - no.
Second - in this case specifically, your supposed priority is a privilege insofar as housing is concerned, which is a completely unnecessary aspect of the game.
This level of entitlement is hilarious.
There are already hoops to jump through to buy a house.
Grand Company rank and Gil for starters, if you have the 3mil+ required for a small house there's no reason why you don't deserve to put your bid in. There is no 'speedy boarding' lane for people who have been playing longer. Otherwise we should all have our priority given by our join date. What's yours? 6 years ago? What if someone else bid on the same plot as you, but they joined 1 day earlier, 6 years and 1 day? Tough luck you don't get a plot anymore.
As for FC's, the new restrictions are more than good enough. 4 members as always, but you also cannot but in a bid if you joined the FC or were promoted to leader within the last 30 days. No new FC's are buying houses right now, only FC's that are more than a month old.
It's not your place to judge whether someone else 'deserves' a house. You don't know that they're going to waste it, and if they don't use it, then it gets demolished.

If someone is paying for a sub, they deserve a chance to get a house. You shouldn't get special privilege for not having a lil icon lmao
Why do you even care? You're not getting a house. The best thing you can do is just give up until SE decides to pull their head from their ass.
If they meet the requirements to buy a house, what does it matter if they are a sprout or not. Stop being entitled.

I understand you point but rather than locking sprouts out of it I would lock accounts out of it. 1 housing allowed per datacenter for account personal and housing. (summing up two at maximum per DC). so sprouts that are actually just playing the game have a fair chance. This shouldn't be a thing that's allowed. At all. Period. I've seen three to four sprouts running around to houses. ALL with only up to 70 or 80 level, in an FC made 4 months ago. With only themselves in the FC. Clearly an alt character or somebody that's either loaded on cash and wants to try and get multiple houses or somebody new who has bought gil. This new system is wild
Keep it to the same rules as owning. 2 houses per server per account. 1 for a FC if you own your own fc (ideally it is an actual FC). 1 for personal.I understand you point but rather than locking sprouts out of it I would lock accounts out of it. 1 housing allowed per datacenter for account personal and housing. (summing up two at maximum per DC). so sprouts that are actually just playing the game have a fair chance.
