We've seen more "pls don't nerf me bro" posts on General Discussion because one job is losing one button than over the past few years of neglect and baby proofing healers.

Tells us what people really care about.

I see constant complaining about Tanks and Healers, the reason why the Kaiten thing is getting so much attention is because it's the removal of something that actually matters a lot and will make it less fun to play ( it's not a nerf, it's meant to make SAM more consistent this is a gameplay issue not a power issue ).
The Tank and Healer thing has just been talked to death about there's nothing new to say really while the Kaiten thing is recent and about something that already exists being removed rather than what should be added.
