You mean the spell caster that commands the elementals to strike at foes with slicing winds and massive boulders, that can blast undead with purifying holy light while at the same time promote growth and soothe an ally's wounds? The mages whose nation stood up to Mhach? Before the great ShB healer action culling, WHM had quite a few offensive spells. In fact, Cleric Stance was originally a WHM ability in ARR. Lore wise, WHM has always been written as a rather powerful offensive spellcaster. They even go as far as to call out Sylphie, a character in WHM's job quests that wants to "only heal" rather than fight, on her obstination with refraining from using the elements to harm.

Visually it looks to fit perfectly within WHM's current "light and flowers" aesthetic.
