Yeah, those bots are gonna go hard to get that housing because a bunch of 'em are making their RL money that way. Wanna know who can "open" their schedule at a whim to accommodate the release of pixelated real estate? The people that make a living selling it.

As to your snide remark that 60-70% of players who may successfully acquire a home via lottery being too stupid to be able to figure out the intricacies of housing in order to keep it from being auto-demo'ed within 45 days goes- my guess is you're projecting your own difficulties in figuring out simple tasks onto others.
