Indeed !
After reading everything thought, maybe they were talking about padjals and not the miqo'tes ? It is true that padjals remain young (E-Sumi-Yan does mention in the DRK quests that he is 'twice Sidurgu's age at least' and in the Encyclopedia, it is mentioned that he is over 100 years old because he stopped counting after that).

Hyur, Miqo'te, Lalafell and Roegadyn all mature, age and die at roughly the same rate. So, I'm writing a journal for my characters backstory and there's plenty points at which numbers for ages at points are referenced. I then realized that, I have no idea if Miqo'te age and mature like humans do, or if any other race does. And I couldn't recall a reference to anything that specifies and I feel like it's just assumed we, as players, have a general idea of what it is without saying.
So, just checking with the community if it's ever stated what ages the races are adults officially.
I think Au ra age at a standard rate too.
Elezen are an exception, they basically stay children for about 20% longer than other races.
Plus side to this is that they live on average 20% longer, downside though is that Elezen kids tend to be bullied a bit by other races kids because they stay so small for so long in comparison.
Viera live to be 200 or something stupid like that I think.
Hrothgar, no info available yet as far as I'm aware.

Isn't it actually F'lhaminn or Minfilia's that tell you that it's difficult to tell that F'lhaminn is her adoptive mother because miqo'te stop physically aging in their twenties.
I'm pretty sure it's said by a npc at some point.
On another note regarding age, I remember there used to be a lalafell in the V1 at the miner guild that used to say something like "I've been sorting rocks for the last hundred years" or something along those lines, I always wondered if it was just some mistranslation of a lala really bored of its work or if the potatoes are actually going to outlive us all =p
There's a lot of thing you can learn by talking to random npc. Used to be another lalafell in the V1 telling you in the past they used to have Roegadyn throw Lalafell across broken bridges so they could tie ropes to repair them.
If true, thats just amazing. I also may or may not use this as an excuse for randomly punting my lalafel friends henceforth.

If so, it must be back in 1.0 - I haven't seen anybody say that, and I've been through the MSQ (at least to the end of Dragonsong) a few times now.

Ok, if all races have approximately the same life expectancy (exp. Viera), then what about Jobs? Are jobs affects life expectancy? In all storyes mages live longer then others, especially healers like WHM.
And doesn't that mean that we as WOL dont age at all or will live veeery long life? We have all Jobs including Dark Knight (potentially immortal) and Reaper + Healers, we freally trevel trough aether sea in our body, then on the First we consumed light aether of lightwardens and merged with Ardbert soul and more of that we are reancarnation of Azem.
If you think about it, we are analogue of Ascian and Primal. We are reancarnation of Azem and all Eorzians worship or even pray on us as WOL (Warrior of Light) and in First as WOD (Warrior of Darkness).
Ah, and we have very strong Echo:
1) We can see past and options of future
2) We cant be brainwashed
3) We understend ALL languages

Nope. There is no indication that any particular job gives a longer lifespan. If anything, some jobs would affect lifespan negatively, because people with those jobs tend to get themselves killed early.

If I recall some characters in the game are above the age of 100 and still look young. Kind of like aging in Breath of the Wild. Nobody really dies of old age in this game.
Also I have never seen an elderly looking Miqote. Kind of wild when you think about it.
Lalafells live 100 years like Hyur but retains younger look in old ages.
There are only two Lalafells with visible signs of aging (wrinkles):
1) Tataru in her brief moment of opening the box of aging.
2) The professor in Studium BSM/ARM/GMS quests.
I assume Lalafell can still get wrinkles, but only if they are very old. Like 70+ years old.
