    there was a mention of that miqo'te kepped their youthful youthful appearance (like the saiyans in dbz) in some wiki pages few years ago but has all been removed since it was never confirmed if it was true or not so i guess the rumors started there that Miq'ote dont age after 20.( also it could be also becasue what Louisoix did to Y'shtola and the rest)

    and sadly we have never been able to visit any of the moon tribes(could be wrong just cant remember that has ever happen) where we could have seen old females.

    but as it was said in another post people in Eorzea tends to die young because of the harsh environment. and i think its in the lore that Miqo'te tends to die at young age because of hunting accidents
