Look around. IT ISNT ONLY ME RUNNING INTO DX11 ERRORS.Once again it seems I must say this. It doesn't matter if your PC is "fine" with everything else! Stop saying that because it means absolutely NOTHING! Faulty hardware can 100% without a doubt be triggered by ONE single thing! Hell, I've known people who've had hardware issues being triggered just from YouTube videos and only them so it really doesn't matter AT ALL if everything else is fine! And yes, it is absolutely possible and almost certainly a fact that all the people with DX11 crashes have faulty/unstable hardware in their PCs. And again, it is entirely, 100% possible for only a SINGLE thing to trigger the faulty/unstable hardware!
Also, if these people you contact point at the game, they clearly don't know ANYTHING about PCs and shouldn't be trusted with any complex electronics! Also, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but the forum support staff here aren't even proper support staff. They're just people that have been hired and given list of support responses to reply with in topics here. Or haven't you noticed the fact they only ever reply with the same responses and messages all the time to everyone? So you can't even use the official forum support staff here to support your false claims of it being the game at fault.

Never said you were the only one. I'm not blind, I see all the other topics and people reporting DX11 errors. Thing is, DX11 errors are an issue caused by unstable/faulty hardware regardless of the game causing them. Could be ANY other DX11 game causing crashes to happen and it'd still be the same reason. Faulty/unstable hardware. So all those other people having DX11 crashes/errors/etc. also have unstable/faulty hardware.

You are aware that the game can itself run into an issue on client side that isn't hardware related.Never said you were the only one. DX11 is an coding, FFXIV is code running on an engine that requires to utilize the coding for the API on both dx9 and DX11. You know what.. I give up on you guys. Thankfully keeping stuff like discord and stuff closed seems to have made it stable. Software.

The game has a bug which increases CPU utilisation and the reliance on stable memory and cpu configuration as a result.
On stable systems this bug does not cause crashes (Bsod or otherwise) even on systems that are overclocked.
The Ryzen platform has had problems from the start and continues to have some .
Thats not to mention that Zen 2 had voltage related issues with certain mainboards set to auto and people are still using Gen 4 incompatible Risers
