You can have a stern criticism without using a single insult, or suggesting that the devs are incompetent or lazy. I swear it's not that hard.

That is the price they pay for ignoring DRK players for years. It is incompetent and lazy how it's been handled and anywhere else would have canned the dev for it. Harsh criticism and insults will stop when they stop.
