I've seen half of P3S and I watched the P4S clear PoVs from my FC. It's still just not that interesting.
Your post would be more impactful if you

1. At least gave some examples on how raids could made "less stale."
2. Expressed in some way that you have been successful in "Savage" or "Ultimate" content.

Coils had "variety" but there were complaints about that structure from raiders so it was shifted in 3.0. What makes savage engaging are the mechanics, not a new gimmicky set piece. The battle system in FFXIV is deep and the "simple" Square/Circle design allows that system to shine. Some players want to push their knowledge of their kits to the max, not press some random button only available in one fight for one purpose. Thats what the MSQ is for.

More casual content, like EX trials, normal modes, end game dungeons, and alliance raids, those all have elements beyond a "square" or "circle" boss stage and that is likely where this "spice of life" of yours will remain.
