Summoner Needs to be buffed

Gap closer allows you to squeeze more casts off before having to move, shield if you're confident/know what you're doing let's you clear cast to eat a mech and not interrupt your casting flow because you had to stop to move.

...Or just use Ruin IV during Ifrit phase if you have to move. Plus why would you need to shield and eat a mechanic to finish casting something? SMN casts at least three times per minute, everything else is instant. You basically played your cards wrong if you have to move and interrupt your three only spell casts.

This also applies to ShB SMN where you still had plenty of mobility due to Egi Assault. Basic knowledge.
