I just got done talking to Grub Hub about this last night as well... First guy I talked to said that the code was never applied to my order and next time I should double check before placing an order with them. When I said I can email a video of me putting the code in on my PC (always try to cover myself for situations like this lol), he said that the problem is on my end and I should talk to my ISP because it is not GrubHubs problem.
Second person I talked to claimed to be a Supervisor... although they were more helpful and not a "very unpleasant fellow" like the previous, I was told that Grub Hub themselves can never see promo codes that get entered if they are not a monetary type of promo code. However if I typed the code in correctly, it should have worked regardless of confirmation and my code will be in my inbox within the 2 weeks of my order. Today is my 14th day (2 weeks) and im waiting patiently for midnight to see if I actually get it, but I doubt I will get it at this point... I can say that regardless of the outcome, I dont think ill ever use GrubHub again after this promo fiasco. This was my second time ever ordering from them also.
