I don't know about the legalities of getting a refund if they tell you to wait 2 weeks for your promo code. On one hand, after 2 weeks you might not be able to get a refund and on the other, grubhub might refuse to give you the promo if you cancel it. If there's a lawsuit (lol) getting a refund might automatically disqualify you from taking part of it. This part of the legality stuff is beyond what I know so if anyone knows better please chime in.
