It was just an idea, and I'm sure it can be made into something better than what it is (and better than what I suggested). It'd be great to see it being used in the rotation somehow. For now at the very least though, sadly we'll have to live with it being the "rabbit" of Monk and completely avoid using it.
Fair enough. I'm not sure what use I could find for it, without reworking Blitz overall to be more than just A/B -> B/A -> C -> (repeat), that wouldn't feel a bit bloated, though. By name, Celestial Revolution feels like it ought to swap our Nadi, but filling in the missing one is already plenty close to that and, besides, we come up with names for what the kit needs, not make effects just based on names. I was referring to the latter half of your earlier comment--i.e., that anyone whose favorite job has been wrecked should just go play another (despite the other being then and remaining still an inferior match for/to what and how they want to play) just to make room for those who, as you've said of yourself...

What bait, I openly despise the guy. When you attack someone for liking something you don't, you really think that person deserves any respect. This is a game at the end of the day, yet some of the verbal assaults being thrown at people happy for positional removal is downright disgusting. So yeah, i'm gonna throw that energy right back.
Couldn't give damn about class...
While I understand they’re trying to draw new people into playing Monk by stripping it of positionals - it’s rework is presently overshadowed by a brand new and aesthetically edgy melee job.
I’ve barely seen any Monks at all despite the decent damage output. And this is me running every roulette and going in and out of dungeons and extreme farms - which I’m using to re-learn Monk from the ground up.
Maybe after Reaper becomes old news it’ll be worth it. Maybe.
They know exactly what they're doing.I was referring to the latter half of your earlier comment--i.e., that anyone whose favorite job has been wrecked should just go play another (despite the other being then and remaining still an inferior match for to what and how they want to play) just to make room for those who
lmao
This is the same act you pull in the Tank forums, deliberately posting misinforming BS or cheap insults and then getting slapped out of there when people who actually play jobs consistently take the floor. And then you cry misery about how you're getting insulted or that your garbage opinions on a job you're less than mediocre at get ignored or discounted.
Which has been a thing when it comes to Monks voicing their issues every expansion since Heavensward. People for some reason seem to have it out for Monk, more so than any other Job.
Each expansion was WORSE than what happen to DRK right now... It was terrible and just broken which amplify the dissatisfaction of MNK player.
EDIT:
It have been a couple of days now that i have hit lvl90, looking forward to EX and savage with MNK, i do think MNK is really good but clearly lack some sort of engagement, i mean i push myself to do positionals especially downtime. They have to build on it, just add back positionals on DK and BS, fix Anatman and maybe SSS or add another oGCD, after we good to next expansion with more mech.
(I just wish that they would put more depth into MNK but if we get positionals back, anatman and SSS fixed i'm not gonna complaint).
