Show me in that video where you see Black Mage granting more damage to spells. Don't count Ancient magic spell with a 15 minute recast. Where is the MP cut to spells, nowhere they still cost the same damn amount.

Looks like the same damn amount. Now this makes me even more nervous. Cause in some situations Cjn can do the same amount of damage as Thaumturge. So if jobs don't help make a different in damage that means white mage can do equal damage to Black Mage, isn't this fantastic?

Example fight Ama'jaal spamming Aerora/Stonra.

Great the healer role, can beat the damager role in some situations, this should never happen with black mage and white mage. I put up with it when it comes to Cjn and Thm, because they aren't specifically healer or DD roles they can be either.

The Convert ability for BLM alone will undoubtedly make a huge impact on their ability to cast more spells. More spells equals more damage, and Convert also goes toward alleviating the MP cost issue. And this is only taking into consideration ONE of the new abilities that BLM is getting.

So yeah, let's wait and see how things work before we call the whole system bunk, heh.
