Though it could be possible the scene was well before the volcano incident? Elpis didn't just suddenly exist. The scene regarding Pandimonium is about regarding his FIRST meeting with the WoL so I think it predates.

Pandemonium is going to likely be about our first meeting with Elidibus - probably helping fill in the memories we didn't get to see in Shadowbringers

Yes it was...but not what I was getting at...

The final cutscene regarding Pandemonium from what I'm looking at predates, OUR time travel meeting with Emet and company. Elidibus not wearing red mask in that cutscene is probably before he took leadership and is regarding our time and likely influence into why he became leader of the 14. I am trying to explain the perceived Paradox. So I think more time travel hijinks may be in way?
