That is my main issue, like they had plenty of time to know about this. As it was a issue months ago when the servers was pack. So we had plenty of time to understand the problem.

Having to babysit my queue is not reasonable when it takes hours. Not only that, one game DC should not punish players. It should be a buffer like 5 mins to get back in the game.

They already do understand the situation. But that doesn't mean they would have a Fix for it.
Just because you can think of one, doesn't automatically mean its a good idea, or would actually work. If things were THAT simple, they would be done. There are ALWAYS other Variables in play.

And if you arnt to busy name-calling and have a moment, IS your spot literally not being saved?
Because everytime I get the 2002 error and I have to Relauch the game, my spot gets saved. So this Solution of Yours that you claim is the Crux of your Rage here....is already in Place.

That or somehow on your end your doing something that stops this from happening to you.
Cause again, if I face an error in the queue, I get that "grace Period" and I get my spot back.

And they mentioned the Issues.....but they never mentioned it can't be changed.

What part of, it needs to be at least 5 mins instead of the short time it takes to get back in queue. Also, the part where getting dc in game should not punish you by putting you in queue. That a buffer should be added to avoid queue if you DC in game.


Both things are not only reasonable, but to not already have them in the game, after seeing the influx of people is stupid. The hold on your queue spot is so short. I was force to use a mod launcher so I can quickly get back into my spot.


After the 4th time saying this. I hope you understand now. To say that it can't be done, or to defend the company after they KNEW it was going to happen. Is the pillar of being a white knight I have ever seen.

A queue time is understandable, The buffer time, and not having a buffer when you DC in game is not.
