It may be there SOMETIMES, but it is not always there. I got to players in queue 1. 2002 error happened. I logged in again as quickly as possible - within 10-15 seconds + the time for the logos to flash. Got hit with a lobby error. Tried again, got in - Spot in line? 4000+.

Maybe, just maybe, you stop talking about how "it's already there!" when it is NOT a guarantee?

The rest of your post doesn't erase the dismissive and superior nature of "We keep TELLING them it's THERE."

It isn't there if it isn't there consistently, so maybe don't?

At first i did not know it was around because the launcher took so long and gave errors also, i never made it back in time. Only when I switch to the mod launcher was I able to safely get through fast. (not sure if normal launcher is fix now.)

I had that a few times yesterday, getting 2002'd like 4 times in a row, I will admit at that point I did decide to go do something else myself, because I knew with 3 or so restarts of the game that my spot in the queue was pretty much gone. Hence why I do agree it needs to be both more reliable and give you more time to get back in. It isn't a constant for me though, today I was able to get back in swiftly after every 2002 and kept my spot until I got in.

...how can you not understand? I thought I was clear as day. Is this a reading comprehension issue? Everything you said had nothing to do with the issue i have. His apology did not have an answer to what they going to do to make the queue process less stressful for players. The queue itself is not the issue.

My issue is the 2002 disconnect that randomly locks you out for 10min kicking you to the back of the line.

Because of how they got the queue system design. I was force to use the Final Fantasy quick launcher because the normal launcher had issues, and I only got 1 min to get through. So because of them, i am required to use something I did not want to use just to get a chance to play.


How is that acceptable? I'm sure they are sorry, but they said nothing that will make things better.

This has happened at literally every expansion, it even happened in 1.0 back in the day. Chill out everyone, use some of that patience, you'll get to play the game, don't worry.
