Ya'll sound like high schoolers laughing at dumb jokes at your locker between classes.

No it's not trolling to disagree with you (I feel like I have to say that a lot and it makes me fear for humanity)

Yes, tank was under geared. You don't have to keep pointing it out each time like it's a game changing revelation, we know.

Yes, the tank was clearly struggling and new (to tanking,at least), this is not grounds to kick him. Please refer to recently updated ToS.

    No running in the halls!

Again, based on everything op said, the group made little effort to even try going forward with him, especially the healer if what he says is true (which I assume, since there's no way to know otherwise.)

Which is why I brought up the double standards in healing. I'm continually reading from healers that they want to heal but can't because it's to easy to top off and maintain players, yet this healer seems to have demonstrated the slippery slope healers are on by apparently deciding that ultimately dps and speed were more important than healing,as demonstrated by racing ahead of the tank causing his first death and, by the tanks word, spending too much time dpsing when healing was needed, and finally agreeing to kick an under geared tank in favor of a potentially more geared tank to make healing and dpsing easier and the run faster. The moment the team faced adversity, they ruthlessly and wordlesly culled the tank. Bad form.

They had the right to vote kick him, same as any party has the right to vote kick anyone, and OP has the right to contend it.
