    After looking at the trailer a few times, that voice from 1:50 is a deeper voice Tataru, she is playing a bigger part in EW and I think she is not a primal or Zodiark (Time for my tin hat)

    My theory about Tataru
    I think she is part of the Forum as a spy for them to keep them inform about the movements of the Scions and other business that affect them. She is very talented in many different ways and she has qualities of a spy. She could be feeding them with information about WOL. I just guess, I might be totally wrong about it but this is one possibility.
