I know that the theory is very silly (that why i said tin-foil hat) but the one thing about this game is that everything is on the tableI don't agree with the theory, but playing devil's advocate, that actually kinda makes sense if you assume Sharlayan has some connection to Venat/Hydaelyn (who would be aware of Minfilia's significance, whatever it ends up being). Unless we're just thinking Minfilia has no larger relevance to the plot besides "Got taken by Hydaelyn once and then went to the first". If Minfilia was important to Hydaelyn and Hydaelyn had a connection to Sharlayan then you might see Sharlayan send a spy to Minfilia's side. It's a silly theory though and obviously there's zero evidence for it.
If that voice is Cirina, the line about ending the suffering is probably less significant than I first thought. I guess they are trying to convince the last few 'loyal' Garleans to give up and join them against Zenos.
Of course, it could also be a new character voiced by the same VA, in theory at least.
The only voice I couldn't place was this one at 2:19 though I'm almost certain that is a Garlean accent:If that voice is Cirina, the line about ending the suffering is probably less significant than I first thought. Garlean speaking
My thought is it is Titus yae Galvus who is Varis's brother and Zenos's uncle. If that is the case, then it would definitely make the blue-haired Garlean Nerva yae Galvus, Titus's son. Nerva is the one who sought the throne in 5.1-5.2 and also accepted funds from House Brutus (Asahi aka Fandaniel) to fund the civil war.
As we saw with Cirina's line, it is placed in the trailer for effect and not when the line is actually spoken so the blonde haired Garlean in judge armor could be Nero or it could be Titus.
Also to make another note about Nero, we really know very little of his past save the small side story "A Display of Ingenuity." I'm hoping they expand on it in Endwalker since we are definitely going to see the Academy in Garlemald.
Unrelated Side Note: As a guy who taught English in ESL for many years, I've always been fascinated with accents. It's really fun to see how the Dev team and Koji decided what each people group should sound like depending on what part of the world and nation they hail from. For instance, Most Limsans and residents of Vylbrand have some form of an Irish accent. Most working class Eorzean's have a Cockney accent while the ruling class has either a Queen's English or Conservative RP. Of course, we can't forget the Ala Mhigan's who have a multitude of the Yorkshire accent.
At this point, I'm excited for when we get to go to the New World or Merycidia and see what the Dev team decides their accent should be like. I'm going to laugh if we get there and all of the sudden someone named Sean or Frank shows up and asks if we're a "Cawp."![]()

They really love putting no context lines that can be extremely misleading when shown in conjunction with unrelated scenes, so I tend to put more stock in what's happening over what's being said.
Added (probably bad) Japanese translations, as expected very close to French and German. Unfortunately no full clarity as to what the lady in light is referring to (she's probably saying 'bloom' in English but it sounds more like 'dwoom').
Wanted to be on sooner with JP translations, but the forums seem to think logging in to decorate isn't a real login or something.
Your translations are basically correct, though I would transcribe the first one as それは道しるべであり、あなたを、人を試すもの. Grammatically, it's more like, "It will be your guide, but it will also be a test for you, and for man." The suggestion being that the WoL is serving as a proxy for the worthiness of humanity itself.
The line at 1:50 sounds like Alisaie. She even shows up on-screen a little after, speaking in the same tone. Rie Murakawa has a really distinctive voice, and Alisaie's speech patterns are also very different from other characters. Transcription is correct, but going by spoken intent, "Let's put an end to [this] sufffering. Could anything be a more important wish than that?" Sounds more like her usual grumpy heroism than the other languages. Are they actually using the same line?
Voice at 3:45 is 100% not Emet-Selch. My money is on Zodiark.

If you haven't logged in for 2+ weeks it's pretty picky on what constitutes a "login." You have to play a substantial amount of time and do zone changes and stuff; just logging in to log in doesn't work.
I haven't quite managed to discern what exactly works, but it's something like 2+ hours with a Duty. Either that or it runs a scan every X hours. Reminds me I need to hop on for a bit 'fore I get booted off the forums; already got my Inferno Jacket and I'm too busy replaying Tales of Symphonia to bother with anything else right now.

"There is no hope in stubbornly clinging to the past. It is our duty to face the future and march onward, not retreat inward." -Sovetsky Soyuz, Azur Lane: Snowrealm Peregrination
Voice at 3:45 is the exact same one used for 2:24, I somehow doubt it's Zodiark and think it's whoever is with still with Nevra in Garlemald (or does anyone remember what Nero sounds like again in JP, I honestly forgot).
But yeah I was really surprised at how different JP is from english. 3:25 sounds a lot like Ishida Akira aka Elidibus. However in the english version it's Fandaniel talkingand then what I assume Urianger "It will be ours again, our world free of sorrow"?
(I'm very unsure now, or maybe Junichi Yanagita is just really good at having his voice sound like it's breakin down similary to Ishida)
I agree that 1:46 sounds a lot like Alisae, while in the english version it's totally different. The lines are practically the same, but again english doesn't sound like Alisae at all.

Highly doubt thats Cirina, probably same VA yeah, but thats not the kind of tone she would speak.
probably a new character

Anyone know who says the line "We've come too far to back down now"?
I feel like it could be Thancred but I'm not 100% sure on this - the delivery just seems a little unusual for him.
