You have to manage evolving skills with a evolution button, skills that interact with each other, two separate confusing gauges that take planning and prep to use…..

>Gauges are literally the same as WHM you get resources over time and your damage resource is just Blood lily you gain when your shield is absorbed.
>Evolving button turns three skills into three similar skills. Your damage turns to damage, your heal turns to shield, your aoe heal turns to aoe shield.
If you have ever used Plenary Indulgence, Horoscope, Presence of Mind, Thin Air or Recitation, the sage skill is not something alien or new. Just a modifier pre-skill you have a lot of in the other simpler healers.

Have you looked at the changes to thin air? It encourages.... not using GCD's. 12 Second duration, only next cast is free. Thin Air air's optimal usage will now be on raises.

This seems a new healer problem that they added, MP management on WHM yet again.
