The Healer changes for Endwalker are good

Ya, they said that at the beginning of the healing slide that healer dps spells (guessing specifically Glare and Broil) will be 1.5sec (assuming it’s still 2.5 sec recast per the Dosis tooltip).

Given SCH’s rep as the ogcd healer, this is amazing as you don’t have to do the Ruin 2+ED double weave to not be at a dps loss for missing out on a Broil.

I think SCH had 18 ogcds. AST has 16 (not counting Noct/Diurnal sect), and WHM has 9 (not including Fluid Aura).

AST already has a 1.5sec Malefic. A 1.5sec Broil is big for SCH. Boring. But big.

A lot of those OGCDs are limited by the Aetherflow Gauge, the fairy gauge if they don't really change it, or CD timers.

Having 18 OGCDs is amazing until you can't cast most of them reliably.

Having said that, I really hope they improve the Fairy AI and maybe add an ability or two because with a 1.5s GCD, that allows for a lot of possible fairy weaving.
