It's simple really, if a mentor is unwilling to potentially have to assist players in extreme content, they can just not queue for the mentor roulette. If they are so interested in helping other players, they can manually select duties, or do the other roulettes in the duty finder. As the Astrope is supposedly meaningless, no mentor should care that they cannot work towards it specifically. At least they are there helping players!
