The New Sage Icon, Thoughts?

I understand that. But little to no acknowledgement for something that’s been a problem for 6-8 years…that should be more than enough time for a fix. It’s just annoying to constantly see a vocal minority(usually on the likes of twitter) pandered to, when there’s a larger portion of people that are basically on mute and that SE doesn’t even acknowledge unless it benefits them.

Men with animal ears and tattered jackets on women, now a minor change to an icon for a job that hasn’t been released yet? When will the madness end? How far will the Twitter SJWs push Yoship before he breaks?!

I would prefer this version. Keep the symmetrical style, but fill the holes (because the holes were actually the problem).

I prefer this as well. The new icon feels kinda cartoony, the poles look more like shooting stars than anything now... But ultimately it doesnt really matter to me I guess. The job icons are so tiny in game and I don't really go out and buy merch of the symbols so \o/
That said I don't like the reaper icon. It doesn't bother me in the vein of phobias or anything but imo its just unappealing compared to the other jobs.

I guess ultimate, male miqo'te, female highlander, female roe, etc is also pandering according to him. But he's playing one of those races...

Oh, and masculine glamours are also pandering, since that only effects a small minority of players, apparently.

Isn't that what a lot of the player base wanted though? There's an entire mega thread dedicated to exactly that. And I recall an uproar (Not even just from here) about Viera not having their male counterpart on release.

Yes, but some people don't like how they ended up looking because they pandered to other people (Twitter apparently) rather than pandering to them.
