Information on 1.21 Next week?

Here's the deal folks.

Setting up server merges will require patching. SE is not going to double patch so soon. Henceforth, 1.21 and the server merge patch will come together. So 1.21 should be released March 1st.

Either SE will release info this Thursday for a 7 day digest. Or Monday/Tuesday...

Also, I expect a live letter announcement shortly after 1.21.

It would be nice to get some concrete info. Waiting for this patch really is driving some people insane and I know that I myself am getting anxious as well.Would be so nice if it came out this or next week so that it would still be in February. I wonder if we'll ever see a patch on time.

LOL the only time I can think if patches will come on time if it's content patches. These system patches are changing whole core mechanics of the game and require meddling in too many things. There's way too many variables. Once things settle down with core changes the rest of it will flow pretty easily.

Yoshida's said it himself several times...until the core systems of the game are in place it is difficult to produce good content and balanced content.

It´s sucks that SE don´t give any new information about the patch and people have the right to expose it.
Right now I still have lots of contents to do because, well I´m relatively new so right now I can be patient but I think I can understand how a lot of people feel about it.

And I´m sure a lot of the people who are now defending SE for the lack of information will love to see some news, I do!
Lets try to call the attention of the administrators in a polite way, maybe we will obtain some kind of information that way...maybe...

It's not about defending SE or not. More information is always better. It will just take them time before the communication level reaches what it should be. Rather than judging on the level of communication we have now, we should rather compare how it improves as the time goes by.

Funny thing is, there's been a noticeable drop in info since subscriptions started, so actually it hasn't improved.

You realize that the merge itself isn't until March 27th, right? Transfer applications open up on the 1st.
