I mean, you'll be able to make one in ARR, so for the WoL you'll likely just be a one off special case, no matter how strict a people, there's always going to be one or two of your kind who fall through the cracks, as for the M-Viera at large, the whole world is literally about to be on fire, can't stay in the forest if there's about to be no forest.
