I don't get why ppl are against dropping it. If you are already walking eveywhere and you like it, dropping it or giving players who are not willing to spend so much time into travel doesn't mean YOU have to use it. It's just another option, a convenience for players with little time who want to get stuff done in the time they play and not traveling to all those places. Hardcore can stay hardcore and don't use it and casual plays at their own pace. Ppl chill

I usually play daily and teleport several times per play session but I've never dropped below 50 anima either. Setting appropriate homepoints and optimizing my favorite locations has prevented me from ever running out. There's really no need to remove the anima restriction for the few people who don't know how to manage it properly. The game world is already small enough as it is, it really doesn't take that long to get anywhere on chocobo right now.

By this logic, there should be a button you can press to instantly beat Ifrit. It saves time for people who don't have half-an-hour to fight him, and the hardcore players dont have to use it. They can still go through the fight if they want to, right?
