    Not really that is intra city meaning you can teleport around the city state you are in. Go into the wards in uldah come out at the alchemists guild sort of deal

    Sounds like what we, Windursian, did a while ago on XI. While peasants from other City-States never had access to intra-city teleportation Glad to see it's coming for XIV however.
