personally I think the whole housing problem could have been avoided if they had put firmer restrictions in the first place anyone with 2 brain cells to rub together saw it coming there things you can put your faith in taxes, death and humanity's endless greed expecting people to embrace the greater virtue of sharing is like thinking if you buy enough lottery tickets you'll one day win as as someone who has played the jumbo pot to this day and never gotten first place .... ye

I got my house and FC house but never click a placard, that is true.
I got both of them during ward release and one of them happen to be in Shirogane too.

Easy...

Just own like half a ward, flaunt that you do, and find threads where people get screwed over by RNG (or the housing timer) and remind people that you own half a ward and that they should feel bad for not being as cool as you do for owning half a ward, and taunt them that they should try harder... and suggest that they can buy a property off of you for half a billion gil.
