Hrothgar are not super popular, but they are not nearly as rare as I see people like yourself make them out to be. I'd say they're "decently popular" for a furry, limited race that's as popular as the "rough/ not cute human" option. Nothing short of a success no matter how you look at it.
Those are very specific templates though lol. In actuality it’s the second least played race next to roes by a large margin.
