Why can't sync just affect gear and stats...?

Because if I had access to all my skills as a level 80 job in Sastasha the level 18 sprout is going to be incredibly confused as to why Esteem is running around and I'm doing 4 different AoE attacks.

If that happens due to how your synced stats work you'll be doing three times more DPS than the sprout anyway (except you'll be pressing 1-2), are you really telling me that it is designed this way so that the new players don't get confused over seeing too many skills/spells used from their teammates? You'd think a sprout is busy trying to figure out their own stuff...?

Good heavens.. One can only imagine how fast a 50 or below dungeon would go if we had access to our entire job kit to our actual level.. Or how drastically underwhelming these dungeons would be

Level 50 dungeon packs evaporate faster than you can breath...already. Bosses do it too.

Also:

Rotations =/= Damage ?
